Thin, brittle, thinning hair that tends to fall out?

Well, today I will reveal some really effective natural remedies , which will help you to flesh out the hair bulb and fortify your hair, thus restraining hair loss.

Why do hair fall?

Hair loss is a completely normal physiological process.

In fact, the life cycle of the hair involves the alternation of three phases, one of growth, one of rest, and one of fall and the duration of this cycle can vary from 2 to 6 years.

In some cases, however, the fall can be excessive , with very evident losses. The causes can be different. For example:

  • Seasonal changes: during autumn and spring it is normal to lose more hair than usual;
  • Use of shampoo and harsh chemicals;
  • The intake of certain drugs (especially chemotherapeutics);
  • Menopause;
  • Diseases (anemia, thyroid dysfunction, etc.);
  • Stressful situations.

Before seeing the natural products I would like to give you a couple of tips.

Pay attention to the products you use

The first advice I give you is to use products that are as natural as possible. It is therefore important to learn how to read the label . That is the list of ingredients, commonly called INCI (International nomenclature of cosmetic ingredients).

There are substances that we should learn to avoid , even if by law they are allowed, these do anything but good for our hair.

Below is a list of the worst ingredients you could find in your shampoo between tensoattivi, preservatives, silicones and various dyes:

  • Ammonium lauryl sulfate;
  • Diethanolamine (Goddess);
  • Dimethicone;
  • Formaldehyde;
  • Lanolin;
  • Mineral oil;
  • Parabens (methylparaben, propylparaben, for example);
  • Petroleum;
  • Polyethelyne glycol (also called PEG / polyethelyne, or polyoxyethelyne);
  • Propylene glycol;
  • Sodium chloride;
  • Sodium laureth sulfate;
  • Sodium lauryl sulfate (Sls);
  • Synthetic colors (often FD & C or D & C followed by a color and a number);
  • Synthetic fragrance or parfum;
  • Triethanolamine (Tea).

The importance of nutrition

Another factor that, unfortunately, is still not taken into consideration is the power supply.

It is necessary to consider that the hair is nourished by the blood and the blood, besides oxygen, carries the nutrients (proteins, vitamins, mineral salts, etc.) that we assimilate through the consumption of food.

For this reason, a nutritional deficiency can lead, as a first consequence, to a greater fragility of the hair.

Sometimes the lack of minerals and vitamins, does not depend on a poor diet, but an intolerance to some foods that we introduce daily and that have the characteristic of inflammation of the intestine , reducing the ability of the latter to assimilate properly nutrients.

All this means that, while eating well, we continue to have deficiencies of vitamins, iron, magnesium. etc..

In particular, one of the most common foods to which we are more or less intolerant is animal milk .

The daily consumption of milk and its derivatives (therefore also cheese, mozzarella, yogurt, ice cream, creamy desserts, etc.) due to the presence of casein, an indigestible protein for humans, can lead to intestinal inflammation, dysbiosis, anemia and important nutritional deficiencies .

We must also consider the hormonal component present in milk. The hormones of the animal can conflict with human hormones, creating hormone imbalance , which in turn can be among the possible causes of hair loss, but also other diseases.

The tests for intolerances leave the time they find, what I strongly recommend you do, is to try to do without milk and dairy products for a certain period , to understand if the situation improves or not.

Sometimes it is incredible what benefits can be obtained by simply eliminating from our diet a certain food harmful to us.

Natural remedies

There are numerous valid solutions to reinforce hair in nature. Below I will mention only three, those that I personally consider the best.

Let’s begin.

1. Aloe

Aloe is a succulent plant with fleshy leaves, rich in viscous and transparent gel. There are many varieties of Aloe, in this case I refer to the most common varieties, namely Aloe Vera and Aloe Arborescens.

To reinforce the hair, the use you can make of this plant is twofold :

1. External use

In this case we use pure juice, or a product based on Aloe (soon we’ll see some), directly on the scalp.

Aloe juice contains proteolytic enzymes that help heal and repair damaged cells in the scalp . This improves the health of the follicles and indirectly stimulates a healthy and rapid re-growth of the hair.

Moreover, thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of the acemannan, Aloe goes to alleviate possible irritations of the root of the scalp.

Two products that I recommend

To counteract hair loss, there are two products in particular that I recommend you try.

1. Anti-fall lotion to Aloe Vera

Our anti-fall lotion is a natural product, specific to combat hair loss, based on Aloe Vera and with the addition of other natural substances, such as: nettle extract, green tea, burdock, panthenol, vitamin B6 and essential oils of rosemary and cinnamon.

It is also a fairly expensive product (€ 13.50 for 50 ml), but it is really the TOP if you want to strengthen the scalp deep, slow down the fall and stimulate re-growth.

2. Pure Aloe juice

If you are looking for a cheaper product (€ 11 per 100ml), but still valid and natural, I can only recommend the pure juice of Aloe.

Without the support of the extracts of the other plants, it does not have the same effectiveness as the anti-fall lotion I mentioned earlier, but the Aloe juice, even if used alone, is still one of the best products in circulation to strengthen the hair.

2. Internal use

Aloe juice acts from within our body, purifying it in depth , eliminating all the toxins that directly or indirectly stress and damage the scalp.

It also contains numerous antioxidants that slow down the degenerative aging process caused by free radicals.

Finally, being rich in nutrients such as mineral salts, vitamins, amino acids, polyphenols, etc., helps to integrate some of our nutritional deficiencies.

In fact it is no coincidence that Aloe juice is the most effective remedy to stop hair loss in cancer patients, who are doing chemotherapy . And in the same way it is useful for treating all those situations of hair loss caused by pathologies, seasonal changes or simply because of too much stress.

Which Aloe to choose?

The variety with the highest concentration of active ingredients is undoubtedly the Aloe Arborescens .

The juice should be prepared following the famous recipe of Father Romano Zago . The recipe is to blend together 350g of whole leaves of Aloe Arborescens, private only with thorns, with 500g of honey and 3-4 spoons of distilled ( here I explain how to prepare it at home ).
